Malcontent Safety Jarrad Page Traded to New England

The Kansas City Chiefs have traded Jarrad Page to the New England Patriots, one day after re-signing, in exchange for a conditional draft pick. Page has been unhappy under Todd Haley and had requested a trade, stating mistreatment during the 2009 training camp, amongst additional instances.

Conditions of the draft pick have not yet been released.

Page’s best season came in 2008, with 85 tackles, 12 passes broken up, and four interceptions. Page only played five games in 2009, being placed on the injured reserve list after hurting his shoulder.
