Kansas City’s Union Station gets ready for the Chargers

A little opening week NFL fun from the Dinosaurs Unearthed exhibit at Kansas City’s Union Station.

The giant T-Rex outside Union Station is draped with a Kansas City Chiefs flag and holds a dummy dressed in a San Diego Chargers uniform in its mouth.

With the Oakland Raiders and the Denver Broncos each losing their 1st game of the 2010 NFL season, only the Kansas City Chiefs or the San Diego Chargers have a chance to be the AFC West Division leader after Monday nights match-up at Arrowhead Stadium.

The last time the Chiefs held the lead in the AFC West was week 9 of the 2007 season, at the time tied with San Diego at 4-4. The Chiefs went on to lose their remaining 8 games, ending the season on a 9 game losing streak.
