About the Author: Brandon Prewitt

I'm a huge sports nut and a Fantasy Football Guru.  I've been the commissioner for an elite fantasy football league going on ten years.  Outside of the world of sports I am a giant movie buff.  I'm a student at the University of Central Missouri and I am almost finished with my Master of Arts in Communications.    I am originally from Cincinnati, Ohio.  Therefore I'm a fan of all Cincinnati sports, especially the Bengals, Bearcats and the Reds.  I moved to Kansas City in 2006 and have quickly fallen in love with all the teams here in Kansas City.

Week Sixteen: Dominance Ceased

The Kansas City Chiefs shocked the football world last Sunday by upsetting the then 13-0 Green Bay Packers. The Packer’s win streak and dominance is over. Well, not really, the Pack is still Super Bowl favorites, but it was nice that the Chiefs were the

Week Fifteen: Where art thou Romeo?

Exit Todd Haley and welcome Romeo Crennel. Crennel has done a fine job getting what he can from this makeshift, banged up, and untalented defense; however, he has not been a very good head coach. Then again, we was given nothing in Cleveland, and let’s

Week Fourteen: Hail Yes!

Yes the Kansas City Chiefs got what could be considered a meaningless win over the Chicago Bears due to a Hail Mary pass from Tyler Palko to Dexter McCluster. However, I’m more excited that my Beantown Banana Slugs just finished their second consecutive 10-3 season.

Week Thirteen: Horseshoes and Hand Grenades

Damn! After the Chargers game Halloween night Kansas City Chiefs fans couldn’t have been more excited. The team was 4-3 and headed to 6-3 before the Monday Night match-up against the New England Patriots.

That Chargers game seems like eons ago. This Chiefs team got

Week Ten: What a Letdown

Making it short this week fans due to the disappointment I have for the horrible outcome from Sunday’s 31-3 beat down by the hapless Miami Dolphins. This loss is utterly embarrassing, period. The excuses are as horrible, saying that there wasn’t enough rest or time

Week Nine: Great Win, Better Future Ahead

Wow, that may have been the greatest Halloween ever for us Kansas City Chiefs fans. Thankfully something must have scared Philip Rivers into that fumble. Chiefs’ fans would have settled for going 2-1 before the game against the New England Patriots, now they have a
